Study Abroad Programs | ELT Source – Quality Language Instructors

ELT Source teachers have been thoroughly involved in the Study Abroad program at Tokai Gakuen from start to finish with ELT source instructors having helped design and implement the school’s program.

ELT Source instructors’ act as co-homeroom teachers for all students within the program; set the curriculum, do all evaluation, participate in parent teacher interviews, chaperone the students to and from Canada and also help to deal with any problems that may arise.

The 1st year of the course consists of preparing the students for their year abroad with a heavy focus on English. The students spend their second year in a Canadian high school enrolled in regular public school classes. The student’s 3rd year of the program sees them returning to Japan to resume study in the Japanese school system.
